REVIEW: ELF Shimmering Facial Whips

I ordered these about a month ago, and I have a mixed review on them. I got one in Lilac Petal and in Toasted.
Lilac Petal is a pretty off-white color. When blended, it looks more white with a golden undertone. I think it’s very pretty as a highlight, which is what I use it for. It just gives a gorgeous glow to your face. The consistency is smooth; not to liquidy, but not that creamy either.
PROS: Gives pretty glow, great highlight, blendable
CONS: Can be a little too shimmery, hence the name

Next is the other Facial Shimmering Whip I received, called “Toasted”. I am completely disgusted with this product! I expected it to be the same consistency as the other, but instead, it was EXTREMELY watery. When I first squeezed the product out of the tube, I expected it to be like the other one, but instead, it was like dirty water. I did some research, and many people have the same problem. They said to massage the tube and shake it, so I did, but it got even worse. I managed to get a little product out to do a swatch though. It’s like a purple-y, lavender color. I heard that the color in “Spotlight” will do the same thing though. The other colors don’t have the same problem, for some reason.
PROS: Pretty color
CONS: Horrible formula, gross consistency
